Rocky Mountain Outback is the importer and distributor of Australian and New Zealand made hats throughout the United States and Canada.  Hills Hats of New Zealand is exclusively distributed through Rocky Mountain Outback Distribution.

What is the return policy if the hat does not fit?

RMO will exchange the hat one time free of charge - simply mail us back the the original hat and we will send you out the new size.

What will appear on my Credit Card if I charge the hat online?

For billing purposes your card will have the name Outback Colorado as the merchant.
